⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend Mayo Auto Works #2! I had a nail in my tire and went to Mayo Auto Works #2 today. I was in and out in about 20 minutes! This is actually my second time going there for the same issue, and both times the service has been fast and excellent. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional, and welcoming. The waiting area is beautiful and extremely clean, with comfortable leather seating, a TV, drinks you can help yourself to, and very clean bathrooms. You can tell they really care about their customers and their business. I’ve been to places where you wait for hours, so being able to get such great service and be back on the road in about 20 minutes is wonderful. Great service, clean facility, friendly people, and fast work. I definitely recommend Mayo Auto Works #2 to anyone who needs automotive or tire service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

the guys and girls down there at Mayo did an amazing job on my car. I had a full a/c system replacement on my 2018 Altima. They had me outta there and back on the road in no time. The price was also very reasonable for the parts and labor. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I needed more work and would definitely recommend my friends and family if they needed repairs or maintenance.

Since taking my 06.Magnum to determine what was necessary to keep it in fair running condition they replaced most of the items that needed immediate attention. My brake system was improved, transmission work has improved shifting and reduced the stalling while stopping. They also replaced the needed seals to reduce leaking. They were up front and courteous when dealing with me. Their work was superb and keep me well informed throughout.

Just moved here and Noticed a nail in my tire called around to a couple places before stumbling upon this shop and instantly was met with Amazing customer service but a lady named Bridget she let me know what I could bring it in when ever and let me know what the would do. When I arrived that had a spacious but cozy waiting area with snacks and water and the technicians were extremely helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this shop and will be returning!

Mayo Autoworks 2 is absolutely the best. They are a highly ethical shop. On June 26th, I took my '23 Taco over to Toyota of Killeen for a simple 50K mile service which included an oil change. During the diagnostics, the Toyota dealership shop informed me that my timing chain cover was seeping a little (i.e., that the staus was yellow) and that I should prepare to have it replaced at a cost of nearly $7,700.00. I knew that this was a lie as I baby my Taco like a newborn. As the son of a lifelong mechanic, I looked at my timing chain cover myself and saw zero seepage or leaks. I then began looking in the Killeen area for a shop that specializes in Japanese vehicles and Viola: there appeared Mayo Autoworks 2 of Killeen in my Google search results. I went by the shop on June 29th and I was able to easily schedule a diagnostic appointment for the next morning, which was so amazing. I came to my appointment this morning at Mayo Autoworks 2 at 8am and the shop was ready to recieve my vehicle. No longer than 30 minutes later, the front desk attendant came, spoke to me, and informed me that my truck had ZERO seepage around the engine and its components (especially my timing chain cover
